Welcome to Laqshe. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By accessing this site or placing an order through our Facebook page or website, you agree to comply with these terms in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

• All orders are subject to availability. We will confirm your order via phone call or message within 24 hours. • For Cash on Delivery (COD), customers must pay the delivery charge in advance for certain locations or orders above ৳ 5,000. • Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

In line with government regulations: • Inside Dhaka: Delivery is completed within 3 to 5 working days. • Outside Dhaka: Delivery is completed within 7 to 10 working days. • We use trusted third-party courier services (e.g., RedX, Pathao, Steadfast). Delays due to natural disasters or political unrest will be communicated promptly.

For customized jewelry or pre-orders, we may require a 10% to 50% advance payment as per current Digital Commerce Guidelines. This ensures the security of the materials used for your unique piece.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment of our customer service staff or delivery agents. Any such behavior may result in the cancellation of your order and a permanent ban from our platform.
