Refund & Returns

At Laqshe, we ensure every piece of jewelry meets our high quality standards. You are eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if: • The product has a manufacturing defect. • The product received is different from what was ordered. • The product was damaged during transit.

To maintain transparency and protect your purchase, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video for any damage or mismatch claims. Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process claims for transit damage or missing items.

In compliance with the Digital Commerce Operational Guidelines of Bangladesh: • If an order is cancelled or a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 10 working days. • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.
