Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment

At Laqshe, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
  • Jewelry must be returned in its original Laqshe packaging (box/pouch).
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose pins cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
  • Customized or engraved jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned.

Pack the items securely in the original packaging.

Pickup/Send

We will arrange a pickup or guide you to send it via our partner courier.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund via bKash or Bank Transfer within 3–5 working days. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.
